Pricing for real estate photography is tailored to each individual property and is influenced by several key factors. These include the size and layout of the home, the specific services requested (such as interior, exterior, twilight, and drone), the location and travel distance to the property, and any additional editing or post-production needs.

That said, the vast majority of the properties I photograph typically fall within a price range of $175 to $250. This range reflects standard listings and includes high-quality imagery that meets MLS and marketing standards.

Turnaround time is a top priority — final edited photos are typically delivered within 12 to 48 hours after the shoot, depending on the scope of the project and any custom services requested. My goal is to provide timely, professional, and visually compelling images that help your listings stand out in a competitive market.

On average, each wedding includes 2–3 hours of total time outside the wedding dedicated to preparation and travel. The wedding day itself typically spans around 8 hours of coverage, with an equal amount of additional time dedicated to editing and post-production.

My standard package is priced at $2,500, which includes full-day coverage, editing, and delivery of your final gallery. If you’d like to include a second shooter for additional coverage and angles, an additional fee of $500 applies.

You’ll receive a sneak peek of your photos within 2–4 days, and the full gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks after your wedding. These prices include all final selects in a high res digital album. They do not include physical prints but I do offer them (if desired) on my website for a minimal markup.

Because no two events are the same, pricing is highly customized and depends on several factors — including the duration of the shoot, location and travel requirements, the number of participants, type of coverage needed (e.g., candid moments, action shots, branded content, athlete portraits), and the intended use of the final images.

Typical pricing ranges from $500 to $3,500, with smaller local events on the lower end and large-scale or multi-day competitions at the higher end. This type of work often involves pre-event coordination, multiple shooting locations, and fast turnaround times for promotional or media use, which are factored into each custom quote.

Because of the scope and variability of these assignments, I work closely with each client to build a tailored package that aligns with their vision, timeline, and deliverables — whether it's social media-ready content, branded sponsorship assets, athlete-focused galleries, or full post-race coverage.

I photograph a wide range of portraits, including:

• Professional headshots – perfect for business, branding, or creative profiles

• Couples sessions – whether you're newly dating, engaged, or just want to celebrate your connection

• High school senior portraits – capturing this exciting transition in a way that feels authentic

• Family sessions – documenting the joy, energy, and love unique to your family dynamic

Most portrait sessions — especially seniors, couples, and families — last between 60 to 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to explore a few locations, work in multiple outfit changes if desired, and capture a variety of candid and posed shots. These sessions typically fall within a price range of $350 to $750, depending on the type of shoot, location, and specific requests.
